1.1 The Invitation purchased is a promotional experience voucher/invitation offered at a heavily discounted introductory rate during a live promotional event, exhibition, shopping centre activation, or marketing campaign.

1.2 The product purchased is the Invitation itself and the associated right to redeem the promotional experience within the stated validity period.

1.3 The Invitation, booklet, and redemption rights are deemed delivered and received in full at the point of purchase and handover to the customer.

1.4 Failure by the customer to redeem, schedule, attend, or utilise the Invitation does not constitute “goods/services not received.”

2.1 All promotional introductory experience purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

2.2 Due to the heavily discounted and promotional nature of the Invitation, no refunds, cancellations, reversals, or chargebacks shall be permitted once the Invitation has been purchased and physically or digitally issued.

2.3 By signing below and/or accepting the Invitation, the purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
(a) the promotional Invitation has been received;
(b) the purchaser has had the opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions;
(c) the purchase is non-refundable;
(d) any failure to redeem the Invitation within the validity period is solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

2.4 The purchaser agrees not to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute on the basis of:
(a) “services not received”;
(b) “goods not received”;
(c) failure to book;
(d) change of mind;
(e) inability or unwillingness to attend;
(f) misunderstanding of package inclusions;
(g) expiry of validity period.

3.1 Invitations are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

3.2 It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the studio within the validity period to arrange an appointment.

3.3 Appointment availability is subject to studio scheduling and operational capacity.

3.4 Expired Invitations are void and cannot be refunded, exchanged, extended, or redeemed unless expressly agreed by management in writing.

4.1 Invitations may be transferred to another person upon written request and management approval.

4.2 No cash alternative shall be provided.

5.1 The introductory experience may include selected services, products, or images as specified within the Invitation or accompanying promotional materials.

5.2 Additional products, photographs, edits, artwork, prints, albums, or upgraded packages are optional and available separately.

The purchaser confirms that:
• they voluntarily entered into this purchase;
• the promotional Invitation was received immediately upon purchase;
• the transaction is not dependent on immediate booking;
• they understand appointments must be scheduled separately;
• they understand the purchase is non-refundable;
• they understand failure to redeem does not constitute non-delivery of goods or services.

7.1 Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated contrary to these Terms may be formally contested with supporting evidence including:
• signed Terms & Conditions;
• transaction records;
• CCTV footage where available;
• event attendance records;
• communication history;
• proof of Invitation issuance;
• redemption records.

7.2 Fraudulent or dishonest chargeback claims may result in recovery action for:
• the original transaction amount;
• administrative fees;
• chargeback costs;
• debt recovery costs;
• legal expenses where applicable.

8.1 Management reserves the right to refuse redemption where fraud, abuse, threatening conduct, or misuse of promotional offers is suspected.

8.2 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
